Below are many links to various websites that I feel will be beneficial for parents and students. There are brief descriptors of each site and what it may offer.

Back to School Night Presentation – For anyone who may have missed it.

Instructional Technology Support– Offers a variety of visual and written explanations for concepts, skills, and operations taught in Fifth Grade for all content areas.

Balances Math Assessment– Online math program that focuses upon informal assessment using word problems.

Cybrary Man’s Educational Web Sites– Site full of activities and extra work on improving grammar skills.

Bill Nye the Science Guy– Bill Nye has been a superb resource for teachers for over thirty years! He makes science a fun and enjoyable subject to learn through hands-on activities, rhymes, and songs.

Internet 4 Classrooms– Variety of online problems and activities for all content areas.

AMDOCS– Documents for the Study of American History- Full of primary documents written by famous people throughout American history.

Kids Teaching Kids – Math resources (videos and audio) made by other kids to explain concepts and skills.

Little Bird Tales – Students illustrate and record their own written stories.

      On the bottom right of the page, there should be a “+” symbol. Click it and you can fill in your name and e-mail.
